Tiffini (Schuebel) Keefer

2003

Tiffini graduated from RLHS in 1991, holding records in the 100, 200, long jump, 4 x 100 and 200 relays. As a 5th grader, she was Wisconsin State Champion at Hershey’s 5th-6th Grade 100 m finals. She earned Track & Field records at Cameron Middle School. As a freshman, she broke RLHS and Menomonee Indian Arena long jump records her first meet. As a junior she was undefeated in the long jump until she placed second at State. Tiffini placed first in every individual T & F event at every conference finals for four years at RLHS. She was also top all-around gymnast as a freshman. Tiffini graduated from South Dakota State University as 3-time All American, qualifying 7 of 8 National Championships, holding T & F records, Indoor: 55, 200, long and triple jumps, 4x100 relay; Outdoor: 100, 200, long and triple jumps, 4x100 relay. She broke the indoor long jump her first meet at college. In 1995 indoor conference (NCC) held at NDSU Tiffini qualified for the U.S. Olympic long jump trials, took back the State of S.D. collegiate record, broke the arena record and was leading the nation in D-2 with 20’ 5 ¼”. While completing her Masters in Sports Psychology at Mankato, Tiffini coached Track & Field for 3 years at St. Olaf, was a member of the MN Timberwolves Performance team and won the ESPN Midwest Fitness America. Tiffini and her family reside in Albertville, MN. where she is a volunteer coach for track & field.
